The wash off should not harm surrounding grass or plants and it contains no harmful solvents, so it is safe to use safe to store and safe for the environment. Moving from top to bottom, apply with a brush or using low pressure spraying (avoid using a very fine mist). Take care when applying near decorative surfaces with stainless steel, brass, copper or aluminium. Immediately clean up and thoroughly rinse any spills or misapplied product. Leave it to activate for 5 to 10 minutes then scrub with cold clean water until the surface is clean. It is essential to completely wet porous surfaces before application and rinse them thoroughly afterwards. DO NOT allow the product to dry in. Avoid contact with calcareous materials such as marble and travertine, if in doubt undertake a trial application in an inconspicuous area. How long does it last for? This is dependent on what product you seal your patio or path with.  Coverage 1 litre treats up to 100m² depending on dilution which is a maximum of 10 litres.
