Pompei is not responsible for any grammatical errors on the orderer's end. Your order CANNOT be canceled once engraving has began; if the order has been processed, a processing fee will apply. Please use a HIGH Resolution photo, preferably PNG, for any logo or photo engravings. Any other form of photos, including screenshots, will alter the quality of the engraving. Pompei cannot be held responsible for a blurred engraving due to photo quality. If an image is too small, dark, or we believe the quality is not up to par, we will contact you via E-MAIL within 1 business day. All engravings take an additional 3-5 business days depending on season. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY if logo is not in black & white PDF format and on photos that require extra editing due to quality.
