Water Resistant Kraft Paper – Water Shield Surface Shields brand Water Shield is a revolutionary water resistant kraft paper floor protection. This heavy-duty floor protection paper is made from two layers of very strong kraft papers laminate with a nylon scrim reinforcement.  This extra reinforcement ensures the Water Shield does not tear under normal site traffic. Protect hard surfaces such as hardwood, ceramic tile, marble, travertine and more during construction, remodeling, painting or any activity requiring temporary protection. This water resistant kraft paper is sold in a 36 inch wide x 300 foot length roll and covers approximately 900 square feet. To cover large areas, seam together sections of Water Shield with floor protection tape.
