Description FUEL LOG  |  FL1 The Fuel Log | FL1 form template is handy and easily portable with its 7″ x 4.25″ page size. Its simplistic design allows for entry of Employee Name and a specific Fuel Card Company. Following that are six rows for entries with 4 customizable column headings. The default column headings consist of Date, Time, Litres and Unit. The form finishes off with an Employee Signature field. You can conveniently use Fuel Log | FL1 on a weekly, bi-weekly or even a monthly basis. Fuel logs are intended to help operators record and track their fuel consumption.
